When David arrived, he could not even stand on his own and had to rely on staff’s help to complete his basic self-care activities.

But with the knowledge and guidance of our therapists, combined with David’s hard work and determination, he improved significantly and will return home and to his job shortly.

Kudos to the Rehab America West Tennessee Transitional Care team and David has been an inspiration to us all.
