Kay Berkley has made a remarkable recovery after undergoing surgical correction for a right tibia fracture. Through weeks of therapy and her unwavering determination, Kay has defied the odds and regained her independence.
When Kay first arrived at Rehab America Dyersburg, she was non-weight bearing and relied on help for her every movement. However, our dedicated team of therapists were committed to help her overcome these obstacles. She aspired to regain her independence and be able to walk and climb stairs. With her daughter and her dog waiting for her at home, Kay dedicated herself to improvement to get back to them.
By the time Kay completed her therapy sessions, she had made significant progress and was able to return home with the use of a walker, conquering the five steps that led to her front door. We are so proud of her and wish her all the best. Congratulations, Kaye!
