After an extended hospital stay, Mann Nutt arrived at Rehab America in Hohenwald unable to walk more than 10 feet without assistance. His goal was to be able to get out of bed, stand, and walk without the aid of his wife. Mann’s team of dedicated therapists focused on activities that would improve his strength, balance, and stamina. To achieve these goals, Mann participated in strengthening and balancing exercises as well as walking with a cane and walkers.
After three weeks of therapy and home modifications, Mann was finally able to return home with his wife. Here he is pictured proudly demonstrating his newly installed handrail. The Rehab America in Hohenwald team is so glad for their time with Mann and wish him their best as he returns home to his beloved wife.
