Reniel, a resilient individual who suffered a work-related injury resulting in pelvic fractures and an exacerbation of myasthenia gravis, recovered with the dedicated help of therapists at Rehab America Jackson at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care. Following a dedicated period of therapy, Reniel has overcome numerous challenges and is now preparing to return to his career as a truck driver.
After the injury, Reniel found himself in need of a specialty walker to perform everyday tasks, including mobility and self-care. Therapists focused on pain management and enhancing Reniel's overall strength and safety, tailoring their approach to address his unique needs.
Reniel can now walk unassisted and confidently take care of himself, demonstrating the immense strides he has made during his rehabilitation. Reniel even prepared a mouthwatering Cuban meal for the staff as part of his occupational therapy. We are proud of Reniel and wish him all the best as he returns to work.
