Upon arrival to Rehab America Jackson, Ms. Bradford could not perform any of her daily tasks, transfers, or stand up at a rolling walker. She had recently been in the hospital due to difficulty breathing and increased weakness. Ms. Bradford wanted to be able to care for herself and complete transfers independently because she was planning to move to Missouri to be closer to her family. Her therapy focused on her daily activities, endurance, standing, mobility, and transfers. After a lot of hard work, she was able to discharge and go to an independent living facility where she completes all of her daily living activities, transfers, and walking independently.
